Pick which skintone panel you want the CC skins to appear in and this tool will convert them. Then remove the old package from your Mods folder and replace it with the converted one. When running this tool, do NOT save the converted package over the original that may corrupt the package and you could end up with an unusable file! Give it a new name or save it in a different location. If you see a message saying there are no tones found in the package, you're probably trying to convert one of those. It is also NOT for texture-only default replacements. This tool is ONLY for skin colors that are applied in the skintone panel in CAS, NOT 'skintones' that are applied in skin details.
This tool will update them and optionally will add tanned and burned textures to older skintones.
The challenge ends when a character dies before completing the rules associated with their generation or can’t produce an heir.With the December 2020 patch, CC skintones stopped appearing in the CAS skintone picker. When a family has more than one eligible heir, you will need to follow consistent succession rules established in the beginning of the challenge.
Don’t forget to follow the color scheme and assign the correct career and aspiration. At that point, you will move on to the next legacy character. Most participants use a cheat to establish a family plot, even outside of their starting budget, and then disable cheats. Speaking of cheats, you are allowed to use money cheats albeit, you should use them sparingly. We recommend writing an in-game note as an easily accessible reference. Your sim will also need to follow the designated career and aspiration. Spouses do not need to follow the color scheme. Matching the sim’s skin tone is optional. For example, your starting character should have mint hair and mint clothing. Your character must follow the designated color of the generation. To get ready for the not so berry challenge, you will need to create your first generation sim and pick a place for the sim to live.
